Bulldog does not issue mac

I have phoned Bulldog 3 times now and they keep promising to send the mac but nothing happens. Does anyone know how to get the code or do I complain to the regulator?

I am with bulldog thinking about moving to sky. Having changed ISP twice before never been asked for a mac, can anyone explain what it please.

migration activation code - it is supposed to make moving easier. I cannot be connected to my new isp without it.

Have you phoned Pipex Customer service. Only suggest this as Bulldog now been taken over by Pipex.

It's because Bulldog are LLU'd and you have to 'cease' your service and reactivate the Sky BB service.

A MAC (code) is for transferring between 'normal' ADSL providers.

As stated,you will have to cancel your bulldog account.

Then wait for completely new connection from your new provider, normally up to ten days.

5 minutes ago the mac arrived - only took Bulldog 3 weeks.
