Best dictaphone for book writing

Looking for a dictaphone, that is easy to use, and can be transcribed into written form. I am somewhat handicapped and have limited use of the fine motor skills of my right hand. I would like to put my thoughts into a recorder which would then be transcribed. It would be helpful if the device did not require the use of pressing a lot of very small buttons.

If you examine Windows 10, I believe that it has a facility, somewhat basic, to record and convert it to text.
