Accessing a web site on a MAC

  Bearsy 12:25 13 Jul 03

I sent an email to a friend asking him to look at my first attempt at a web site. He uses a MAC. So far he has been unable to see the site as he just gets this message.
"This program does not support the protocol for accessing
'stream://1/click here'"
Neither of us knows what it means or what we can do about it. Anyone know please.
The site was created using Serif WebPlus 8

I can access it with no problem using a PC with Windows 98SE. I know what you mean though as I have just completed a web site for someone in France. Although everyone I have asked to try it have all reported no problems the actual owner cannot access it from France. He has a MAC. So far no one has come up with an answer. If you would like to try it go to click here Tell me what you get. Then maybe ask your friend with the MAC to try it as well.

Do you both happen to know which version of the Mac OS your friends are using ?
