1 slow wired PC, 3 fast wireless machines???

Hi , I have a Netgear router with one wired connection to a PC(xp) .I have another PC(vista), a laptop(vista) and PS3 connected wirelessly to same router .
Problem I'm having is with the wired PC , the connection is very slow but the machines on wireless connections are running at full speed about 2mb. When I run a speed test on the slow PC it shows about 0.11 then jumps to 1mb then back down then up, if it decides to finish the test, averages about 0.4 .
Its been fine for a couple of years and has only slowed down in the last week .
I've changed the cable , no difference . Thats about the strength of my knowledge i'm afraid.
Any ideas??

ipconfig /flushdns
press OK

then type
