Canon Australia has been named a 'Leader' in the 2013 Gartner Managed Print Services report.
The Australian arm of the company was awarded the title for its managed document services offering in the Magic Quadrant report.
The report provides visual snapshot of a market's direction, maturity and participants.
Vendors' positions are based on their performance across two major categories: the ability to execute, and the completeness of vision.
Gartner describes 'Leaders' as those that provide managed print services to a wide range of customers, including the largest and most geographically dispersed.
They must demonstrate not only the skills to deliver today's services, but also the understanding, initiative and resources to prepare for tomorrow.
Canon Australia AGM business marketing, Jeremy Plint, said it was pleasing to once again be named a "Leader" by Gartner.
"Locally, Canon has the flexibility to work closely with our customers to deliver a solution which is underpinned by a strong global framework which meets our customers' needs now and into the future."
