A motorcyclist who used YouTube to post a video of himself speeding at up to 100mph is facing prosecution for dangerous driving.

Jeremy Parrott from Somerset attached a camera behind the windscreen of his Yamaha R1 motorbike, and the video recording showed his speed, as well as his route through a built-up area and past a school. The clip, which also showed him pulling a wheelie, was taken down last week after being spotted by Avon and Somerset police.

37-year-old Parrott, who included his home address in Burnham-on-Sea along with the videos, was interviewed by police last week and is expected to be prosecuted over the next few weeks.
