It's been rumored for some time now, but Activision has finally made it official. GoldenEye is coming to Xbox 360 and PS3 in the form of GoldenEye 007: Reloaded.

The game boasts a 60 frames per second engine, PlayStation Move support (only on PS3, obviously), 16 player online play and a bunch of new content. Chief among the new additions is the MI6 Ops mode, which offers a series of challenges in several categories separate from the main campaign. Players will take part in Assault, Stealth, Defense and Elimination objectives in order to prove their skills as a super agent.

On the multiplayer front, the traditional 4 player split-screen is present and correct, and the game can also be played online. Activision promises "more maps, weapons, characters and game modes than ever before."

The new game's due out this fall. Find out more at the official site.
