Three new faces have joined the CenITex Board including Conrad Harvey, Randall Straw and Richard Tait.
Minister for Technology, Gordon Rich-Phillips, said the three new members will bring significant ICT industry, risk management and organisational transformation expertise.
"The transformation of CenITex is a complex task that will require high level corporate management, transformational and ICT service delivery experience above and beyond the usual role of a government board," Rich-Phillips said.
Harvey is group general manager of Coles and is also on the Victorian ICT Advisory Committee.
Straw was previously the deputy secretary of innovation and technology at the previous Department of Business and Innovation. He has also held a number of ICT and technology related roles and was also the executive director at Multimedia Victoria.
Tait has previously held a number of CIO and CTO roles with companies such as Goldman Sachs, JB Were and ANZ Bank.
"I am confident all three appointees will make significant contributions to the Board and their skills and experience will be a great asset in the task ahead," Rich-Phillips said.
The state body was set-up by the Victorian Government to help centralise ICT support to government departments and agencies.
