To find a video you've recently viewed online try looking for the file in the internet cache folder on your hard drive.

This article appears in the February 07 issue of PC Advisor, onsale now in all good newsagents.

CacheSort (www.softpedia.com/progDownload/CacheSort-Download-42316.html or on the February 07 issue cover disc) offers an easy way to dig up all the videos and Jpegs stored in the cache. This tool automatically moves (or copies) files from the cache into folders you specify.

However, it is a barebones affair that lacks an installer – you simply double-click the file and the tool appears in your system tray. To view your collection of movies and images, right-click the program icon and select CacheSort. You can safely ignore Settings – it's an old-fashioned INI file.
