Apple's new store in Stratford, East London, will hold its grand opening on Tuesday 13 September at 10am BST and the first 1,000 customers will receive a commemorative t-shirt.

It's Apple's fifth store in London, bringing the UK total up to 32. It's also Apple's 12th new store in Europe this year.

All the services you'd expect from an Apple Store will be available, including the Genius Bar, Personal Setup and the One to One programme.

You'll also be able to get product information using the Apple Store's Smart Sign system, where all the data you need is available on iPads dotted around the store.

The first workshops will be held in store on Wednesay 14 September, including The Finder and Safari, where you'll explore some of the best features of the Finder, including Quick Look, Stacks and Time Machine integration.

Later that day there will be Going Further with iMovie and a Presentations Hands-on Business Workshop.
