Apple is planning to open a concession within Harrods, according to a rumour.
A report in 9to5Mac claims that Apple's plans to develop its so-called store-in-store (SIS) presence include opening an Apple Store within the world's most famous store.
The report cites sources within Harrods as having revealed this information, though neither company has said anything officially, unsurprisingly.
According to the sources, the Apple Store within Harrods will be recognisably Apple, with the familiar signs and wooden tables, but will not have a Genius Bar.
In the US, Apple has a SIS presence in Best Buy outlets, and plans to open 25 more in Target stores across the country.
