ImgBurn 2.5.8

While there times when a fully fledged disc burning application is called for, there are occasions when something a little simpler is called for. ImgBurn is a lightweight disc burning utility that can be used to create, burn and check disc image files with ease.

The program supports a wide range of disc image formats include .bin, .cue, .iso and .img and it can be used in a number of ways. If you have an existing disc image, it can be quickly burned to CD, DVD or Blu-Ray using ImgBurn's easy to use interface. You can also create image files from an existing disc, or use files stored on your hard drive to create an image of your own.

Data verification tools are available so once an image has been created, it can be compared with the original disc to ensure that the image creation process went smoothly. If you have more than one disc burner installed, a queuing system can be used to burn a series of disc image one after the other to help save time.

If you're working with video, you can quickly create a playable DVD based on a VIDEO_TS folder and similar options are available for Blu-ray and HD-DVD discs. With its no-nonsense approach to disc burning, ImgBurn is quick and easy to use for those times when you don't need the plethora of options found in many burning applications.
