Producteev is an interesting task and time manager with a host of useful features.
It's easy to create a new task or "to do" item, for instance, and then customise it with a deadline, a priority or a label. You're able to store files with tasks; there's an option to attach reminders to a task; and if you're working in a team then Producteev allows you to assign tasks to anyone you like.
You'll then need to go to work, of course - but Producteev can still be useful. You're able to share tasks through social media to get help from friends and colleagues, for instance. You can attach notes to tasks, perhaps talking about your progress, and share them with others. And there are all kinds of filtering and reporting options to make sure that you keep track of what's going on.
And because you're not always sitting in front of the PC, Producteev also has an iPhone, Android and web app, a Mac client, and Google Apps, instant messaging and email integration.
What does all this cost? A basic Personal Workspace with support for up to 2 users can be yours for free. A Team Workspace starts at $20 per month (see the website for more), but a 15-day trial gives you time to test Producteev properly before you buy.
