WinAmp For Mac Sync 0.8.1 Beta

Anyone familiar with the famous WinAmp music player may well have been surprised to discover that there was no Mac version available – with the beta version of WinAmp For Mac Sync, this is no longer the case, meaning that the player is now available for almost every platform going. With this in mind, the ‘sync’ part of the app’s name comes into play, but there are also all of the usual features you have come to know and love from Nullsoft’s audio player.

If you have already built up an extensive music collection in iTunes, you can use WinAmp for Mac to keep your music libraries in sync. Simply select the Watch Folders you are interested in and the app will take care of ensuring that your music is available where you need it. Android users can also take advantage of wireless synching to make it easier to take your music one the move with you.

The Mac version of the famous music player will be immediately familiar to anyone who has used the Windows software, and the app’s playlist management makes it easy to deal with even the largest of music collections.

There is also a Pro bundle available as an in-app purchase and this enables you to unlock a number of premium features. Additional feature include a 10-band graphic equalizer, and interruption-free listening thanks to crossfading and gapless playback. There is also support added for FLAC playback, the ability to stream any online Audio based on URL and personalized radio station recommendations.
