TIPP10 Portable 2.1.0

Learning to touch type is a great way to ensure that you are more productive and get work completed faster. There are various typing tutor program available, but many are quite expensive and this can be off-putting to the average home user. TIPP10 Portable is a free portable app that can be installed on a USB drive and used on any computer.

There are twenty training sessions to work through, each one focusing on a different aspect of typing, letter combinations, and becoming increasingly difficult. The first few lessons, however, are easy enough to be welcoming, and simple enough to be used by children keen on improving their typing skills.

Unlike some other typing software, TIPP10 Portable intelligently ensures that letters that are mistyped most frequently appear more often. Built in AI means that the software is able to react to the way you are typing and adjust the lesson accordingly. The program interface itself is highly customisable so you can easily set it up to help you learn in the way that works best for you.

As you type you can see a running tally of the number of characters you have typed as well as keeping an eye on the number of mistakes you have made. At the end of a session, graphs are displayed that provide an overview of your performance, indicating which keys you are having the most problems with so you will know which lessons you need to concentrate on.
