WOW Slider 5.0

WOW Slider is a powerful tool for creating gorgeous jQuery-based slideshow carousels that you can view in any browser. (Not sure what we're talking about? Check the program site for some demonstrations.)

Simply drag and drop the images you need onto WOW Slider, and you can begin adding details to it: a title, description, perhaps a URL and more.

You're then able to customise every detail of the finished slideshow. You get to choose from several templates, each with their own style and look; the size and quality of your pictures; the transition effect, the delay between slides, it's even possible to brand your images with a watermark.

And when you're finished, the slideshow can be published to a hard drive folder, or directly to an FTP server. Better still, the "Insert to page" option allows you to open an existing web page and save the slider code in the appropriate position, a real time-saver.

Please note, WOW Slider is free for non-commercial use only. If you'd like to use the program for businesses, you're required to purchase a licence. This costs $69 US to use the program on a single website, $99 for unlimited websites, and you can find out more on the WOW Slider site.

Version 5.0 brings:
* New templates: Emerald, Glass and Turquoise
* Responsive feature improved: descriptions, navigation arrows and filmstrips adapt to the viewing environment. See live demo
