MF Shutdown Manager is a handy system utility that gives you much more control of the shutdown process.
You can tell the program to close down, restart, log off, lock or hibernate your PC at a specific date and time, for instance, or after a defined period of time.
When this happens you can also have the program clean up your browsing tracks (IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari are supported), as well as deleting your Windows temporary files and generally cleaning up your hard drive.
If your hardware is compatible (and most PCs will be), then MF Shutdown Manager is able to have your system boot from standby or hibernation at a particular date, or after a specified time.
An option to add an alarm turns your system into an effective alarm clock.
Or you can simply use MF Shutdown Manager's timing functionality to launch any media file, program or script at the time and date you specify.
