When it comes to managing a project of any size, there is a great deal to consider. Everyone involved in the project is likely to need access to the same information and is going to need a way to keep in touch with each other. It is also likely to be necessary to keep track of deadlines and monitor which team members are performing what functions.

Revolver Mail is a powerful combination of an email server, personal information manager and project management tool. The program has been designed very much with SOHO and small business environments in mind, providing access to all of the tools you need to manage small to medium sized projects without the need for expensive software.

Despite the non-existent price tag, Revolver Mail comprises an email client and server, address book calendar, tasks manager, and project management tool. The multi-user software can be configured for network access and different users can be assigned different levels of access rights.

The free version of Revolver Mail can be used by up to ten users and includes many of the features of the paid for edition of the program. Despite being made available free of charge, this is an extremely powerful program that is idea is ideal for small businesses or small groups of co-workers with a project to oversee.
