You can set yourself a goal for the number of portions of fruit and vegetables you would like to eat each day, and the app can then be used to play reminders throughout the day. You can log the healthy food you eat and achieve badges and rewards to help keep your motivated.

Fun for children and adults alike, Munch 5-a-day includes hundreds of food related facts that can help to keep you sticking with a healthier diet. The ability to record your progress over the course of a month means that you will be able to look back on your achievements and feel proud of what you have done.

You have the option of sharing your progress online through the likes of Facebook and Twitter, and you are even presented with your own personal web pages that can be shared with your friends and family.
