Acronis True Image Home 2011 v14.0.6857

Acronis True Image Home 2011 is a comprehensive backup tool that includes an option for every backup situation.

You just want to back up a few files or folders, maybe? No problem. A complete partition or entire hard drive? The program can do that, too.

You also get continuous data protection, background incremental backups that run every 5 minutes. An E-mail Backup option backs up Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Mail accounts, settings and messages. And there's even an online backup option, although after a 2GB/ 1 month trial you'll need to pay extra for the online storage space.

These backup types are all very easy to set up, and in some cases you could be launching your backup in just a couple of clicks.

But if you'd like to take low-level control, then Acronis True Image Home 2011 comes with a host of useful options. And so you can choose to make full or incremental backups, with optional encryption. The program can run specific commands before or after running the backup job, or email you with status reports as each job is done. And detailed control over compression level, CPU priority, and network bandwidth use lets you run your backups at maximum speed, or quietly and unobtrusively, in the background - it's your call.
