Cyberlink Media Suite 8 Ultra

If you want to get the most from your videos and photos, Cyberlink have a range of programs that will help you to get creative. But if you want to work with your files in a variety of ways, you will need to purchase a number of individual titles. This could end up being an expensive option, but there is an alternative available in the form of Media Suite 8. This 10-in-1 package includes a number of Cyberlink products which can not only save you money, but open up new creative ventures. The full list of bundled software that make up the suite is: PowerDVD 9, PowerDirector 8, PowerProducer 5, Power2Go 6, PowerBackup 2.6, InstantBurn 5, MediaShow 5, PowerDVD Copy, LabelPrint 2.5, WaveEditor and PowerStarter 8.

Cyberlink Media Suite 8 is available in three different editions - Centra, Pro and Ultra. The Centra version lacks the ability to output footage to AVCHDs and Blu-ray discs, or play back audio DVDs. The Pro version of the program add support for the watching of Blu-ray discs as well as H.264 and VC-1 files. In the Ultra edition of the program there is also support for additional home theatre sound technologies including 2 channel DTS-HD, 5.1 channel Dolby Digital Plus and 5.1 channel Dolby TrueHD. It also includes a more advanced version of PowerDVD in the form of PowerDVD 9 BD Express. Both the Pro and Ultra editions of the program include PowerProducer Ultra while the Standard edition is included in the Centra version.
