MAGIX PhotoStory on CD & DVD 9

Using MAGIX PhotoStory on CD & DVD 9 you can transform your digital photographs into breathtaking slideshows that you can share with friends and family. In just a few easy steps you can take photo from your digital camera, images you have scanned and other pictures and burn them to CD or DVD to create an interactive slideshow that can be enjoyed on a computer or standard DVD player.

After choosing the whether you would like to create a CD or DVD based slideshow you can then drag the images you would like to include to the slideshow timeline. By default any images you add will be displayed for 7 seconds, but this can be easily adjusted using a slider. There are a number of transition effects that can be used between images, ranging from simple fades to more elaborate 3D effects.

Text can be added over the top of images or in individual frames to act as captions or title screens, and the program includes image editing features that can be used to enhance poor quality photos. In just a few clicks of the mouse you can adjust colour and brightness as well as choosing from a number of special effects and filters.

You can also add MP3 tracks to act as background music as a well as video clips and music from CDs to accompany your slideshows. When you are happy with your creation you can create an interactive DVD menu that can be used to navigate through the photos you have included in your project. Again, there are a range of templates to choose from and each can be customised with background music, videos and buttons.

The DVDs you create make excellent gifts and MAGIX PhotoStory on CD & DVD 9 includes a cover creator that can be used to design disc covers and labels. As well as creating discs, you also have the option of upload your photos and slideshows to Flickr or YouTube so you can share then with a wider audience.
