Network Password Recovery is a tiny, portable tool that can display all the network passwords cached on your system for the currently logged-on user.
These credentials may include the login passwords for computers on your local network; passwords for Windows Messenger accounts; the passwords Internet Explorer has stored for protected websites ("Basic Authentication" or "Digest Access Authentication"); and the passwords for Remote Desktop 6, and Exchange Server accounts (as stored by Outlook).
As usual with NirSoft password tools, the program is very easy to use: just run it and you'll see whatever passwords it's found (as long as your user account has Administrator privileges). Which can be interesting, even if you don't need reminding of your logins. Remember, anyone else with access to your system will be able to uncover your passwords just as easily.
There are a few other options available, though. So if you don't want a particular password to be saved, for instance, then right-click and you'll be able to delete it. While an HTML Report option (see the View menu) will print a hard copy of your passwords, for quick reference later.
?Removed the command-line options that export the passwords to a file from the official version. A version of this tool with full command-line support will be posted on separated Web page.
