PC Advisor and sister magazine Macworld UK need your help. We need to know what you think of your broadband internet provider and how well they deliver the service and the web connection they claim.

Focusing exclusively on the broadband service you pay for at home, the 6th Annual Home Broadband Survey delves into what does and doesn't work about your internet connection and your chosen ISP. Most importantly, is your broadband good enough to recommend to others? 

We've put together a quick questionnaire that we'd love you to complete. You'll be helping us build up a picture of how Broadband Britain looks today and the main issues customers face. We'll be using your responses in our features and to work out which ISPs are at the top of their game. 

In return for your help we'll enter you in to a prize draw. More than 50 great technology-related products are up for grabs. You could win a PC, a copy of Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite 5, a Shuttle PC, some Magix video-editing software, a QDOS digital photo frame, an Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro security software, Belkin home Wi-Fi kit, a Proporta iPad case or iPhone accessories, a TechAir laptop bag or some headphones or cool gaming gear.

We'll be publishing the results towards the end of the year.
