Video: Shadow of the Colossus sequel unveiled

A stunning in-game video of The Last Guardian, the hugely anticipated PS3 sequel to Shadow of the Colossus, has been shown to journalists at the E3 games show.

Team ICO, the developers of the award-winning games title Shadow of the Colossus and its predecessor, Ico, have given away very little about The Last Guardian. The game had a working title of 'Project Trico', as the closing installment of a loose trilogy of games that begun with Ico.

About all we know about the forthcoming game is that it's for the Sony PlayStation 3, and that gameplay revolves around a boy and his companion, a sort of giant feathered cat-faced dragon, solving 3D puzzles in a manner reminiscent of the game's two predecessors.

But gameplay details are one thing, and gameplay visuals are quite another. Or they are when they look like this:
