Huawei claims title for 'world's fastest 4G LTE smartphone' with Ascend P2
Huawei has unveiled its Ascend P2 smartphone, which it claims is the world's fastest 4G LTE smartphone. The 8.4mm-thick Ascend P2, available in black or white, will go onsale globally in the second quarter of 2013 for around £345 SIM-free.

Nokia announces four smartphones: Nokia Lumia 720, Lumia 520, 105, 301
At MWC today Nokia announced four new smartphone handsets. The Nokia Lumia 720 and Nokia Lumia 520 are mid-range Windows Phone 8 smartphones, and the Nokia 105 and Nokia 301 are non-Windows handsets offering smartphone capabilities to entry-level users.

Samsung Galaxy Note 8 to launch in UK: 8in Android phone/tablet
Samsung has announced the Galaxy Note 8. This Android tablet comes with a stylus, and will be released in the UK in the next couple of months stretching to 8in Samsung's popular 'Note' lineup of tablets. UK pricing has not yet been announced, but don't expect this to be a budget device.
